• Domestic violence is the leading cause of injury to women in the United States.
  • Women are more likely to be killed, beaten, or raped by a husband or boyfriend than
    anyone else.
  • Women often stay in abusive relationships.
  • Both of you need to get help to stay together or to move on.
Leave or stay, that’s your decision.  No one has a right to hurt you.  You deserve to be safe
and loved.  Understanding why men batter and the warning signs can help you stop the
violence, leave abuse and define you.
If you are in a violent relationship, you must make a transition from violence
(verbal, sexual, physical, financial, or emotional abuse)
back to a good or safe relationship.
IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT but you can help end the abuse.
